Fraumann is a seasoned veteran in the high-tech industry. Her experience includes over ten years of focus on cyber security awareness and education for youths, families and small-to-medium size business leaders. She also is a veteran of marketing and marketing communications efforts for organizations like ESET, IBM and NCR, in addition to start-up organizations.

Most recently, Fraumann served as the executive director of the Securing Our eCity Foundation a d.b.a for the ESET Foundation, Inc., The all-volunteer non-profit (501(c)(3), was responsible for an overarching engagement strategy within the greater San Diego community focused on cyber security awareness, education and preparedness. She orchestrated educational programs for youths and drove an annual event for the business community from 2008- 2016 that helped to shape the cyber community in the region. Prior to this role, she was the director of marketing at ESET, North America, where she helped the organization more than double its market awareness in North America. Fraumann’s international experience includes working with UNIX International, helping to develop programs and efforts globally. She also served as the executive director of the Australian UNIX User Group, where she was responsible to open state chapters across the country and organized one of the largest high-tech events at the time in Sydney, Australia.

Recognized by government, community, business groups, and corporate programs, Fraumann was recipient of numerous awards including: the FBI’s Director’s Community Leadership Award for her efforts in Cyber Security (2015), The Business Leader of the Year Award from the San Diego North County Chamber of Commerce (2011) and was an integral to the award given to Securing Our eCity for the Best Local/Community Program by the Department of Homeland Security for the Securing Our eCity programs (2010). Fraumann is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy, Dale Carnegie Management, and other business courses, in addition to two years of education at the university level.
