Case Study: San Bernardino County and Chaffey College Cybersecurity ‘Learn and Earn’ Program
OVERVIEW
When San Bernardino County and Chaffey College agreed to launch an on-the-job career skills training program that would send Chaffey students to the County for a 15-week “learn and earn” cybersecurity internship, with the intention of placing students in careers at the County when they graduate, the two faced programmatic and structural challenges to realizing their vision. They turned to synED as a trusted resource to tailor solutions specific to their situation.
