Frequently Asked Questions

We are seeing a few users with browser cache-related loading issues with Chromium-based browsers (EDGE, Chrome, and Brave) on Windows 10 and 11 machines. To resolve this, try one of the following:

    1. (Preferred) Download and install the latest version of FireFox. (Download (Links to an external site.)) Access the course with your usual user ID and password.

      OR

    2. Install the Chromium browser plugin called "Classic Cache Killer" Once installed, click on the ellipsis (3 dots) and select "Extensions" (in Chrome, it's in More Tools). For Edge, click on the icon for Classic Cache Killer to turn it on. Box should turn green and indicate ON. In Chrome, make sure the toggle switch is to the right and is blue.

Access to modules is linear and dependent. Meaning that module 2 has a prerequisite of completing all tasks in module 1 before access is given. Module 3 requires modules 1 and 2 to be complete, etc.
